I&#8217;ve been a couple of times and have enjoyed their fried green tomatoes and remoulade poboy as well as their oyster-PJ poboy. Their other poboys are pretty good too.  </p>
<p>The other day my good friend Avi (<a title="Avi's blog" href="http://avidrucker.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">see his blog here</a>) was in town for Siggraph, so we took him to poboys at Mahony&#8217;s (Domilicie&#8217;s is not open for dinner &#8230; that would always be my first choice). </p>
<p>We ordered a 30 inch catfish poboy and 2 orders of fries. We got this monster of a meal!</p>
<p><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="090804 SupaCat PoBoy at Mahonys 2" href="http://504eats.com/wp/flickr/photo/3791197887/090804-supacat-poboy-at-mahonys-2.html"><img class="alignnone" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2416/3791197887_250a1818ce.jpg" alt="090804 SupaCat PoBoy at Mahonys 2" width="500" height="400" /></a> </p>
<p>How can anyone eat all this food? </p>
<p><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="090804 SupaCat PoBoy at Mahonys 3" href="http://504eats.com/wp/flickr/photo/3792010282/090804-supacat-poboy-at-mahonys-3.html"><img class="alignnone" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2216/3792010282_f0d9dfe8b2.jpg" alt="090804 SupaCat PoBoy at Mahonys 3" width="500" height="400" /></a> </p>
<p>All in all. I like Mahoney&#8217;s. Their poboys are really big and cheap. They are open everyday lunch and dinner. They are always friendly. They have $2 bottles of abita special (Wahoo!).</p>

<p>For example, there&#8217;s no pedestrian mall. Nor is there a fence for the artist to hang their art. What do yall think?</p>
<p>Is there anything else that it&#8217;s missing?</p>
